Connecting Christians with the beauty of Sabbath.

A GIFT FROM THE BEGINNING

“So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work...”

From the beginning, God set apart a day of rest. Our Master Yeshua said, “The Sabbath was made for man,”—a weekly rhythm woven into creation itself. For generations, the Jewish people have set aside this day to pause, remember their Creator, and delight in His presence.

Many Christians today are exploring the biblical Sabbath but aren’t sure where to begin.

Seeds of Sabbath helps Christians explore the Sabbath through teaching, resources, and real-life experiences around the Shabbat (Sabbath) table. Whether you are just beginning to ask questions or ready to try observing Shabbat in your own home, we want to help you encounter the rest, joy, and spiritual depth this day was meant to bring.

Experience the Sabbath

The Sabbath is not only something to study, it is something to experience. Seeds of Sabbath hosts Erev Shabbat (Friday night) dinners, gatherings, and teaching events that invite Christians to step into the rhythm of Sabbath in a welcoming and meaningful way.

If you’re interested in hosting something for your church, small group, or ministry, we’d be happy to talk with you.

“The Sabbath was made for man...”

— Jesus
