Bring the beauty of the biblical Sabbath to your church or community.
Host a Sabbath Teaching
Invite us to teach a class at your church or small group.
We offer engaging teaching sessions that introduce Christians to the biblical Sabbath—its meaning, its Jewish roots, and how followers of Jesus can thoughtfully engage with it today.
These sessions are ideal for churches, Bible studies, and small groups who want a clear and accessible introduction to the Sabbath.
Topics may include:
The Sabbath in the story of Scripture
The Sabbath in the life and teaching of Jesus
The Jewish context of the Sabbath
How Christians can thoughtfully practice Sabbath today
Teachings are available in person (Middle Tennessee) or online for churches or communities anywhere.
Leadership Workshop
Equip your church leaders to guide their congregation.
For pastors and church leadership teams who want to explore the Sabbath more deeply, we offer focused workshops designed to help leaders understand the biblical foundations of the Sabbath and how to introduce it within their own church communities.
This workshop provides:
A deeper look at the theology of Sabbath
The relationship between Israel, the Church, and the Sabbath
Practical guidance for teaching the Sabbath to your congregation
Time for questions and discussion
These workshops are ideal for pastors, elders, ministry leaders, and church staff.
Host an Erev Shabbat Dinner
Experience the Sabbath around the table.
One of the most powerful ways to understand the Sabbath is to experience it.
Seeds of Sabbath can help your church host a community Erev Shabbat (Eve of Sabbath) dinner, where participants are guided through the traditional rhythms of the Sabbath evening: lighting candles, blessings, Scripture, and a shared meal.
During the evening we explain each element and its biblical meaning so that participants can both experience and understand the Sabbath.
These events are perfect for:
Churches
Small groups
Ministry gatherings
Community events
Together we create a welcoming and meaningful evening that helps people encounter the peace and beauty of the Sabbath.
